Can anyone identify please

Found in an old pot when we moved from our last house. It clings to the wall and has grown up it in the last month

This looks very much like Parthenocissus quinquefolia, the Virginia creeper. not to be confused with Parthenocissus tricuspidata which is the Boston Ivy. Quinquefolia can reach a height of 50 ft, and the leaves turn brilliant red in autumn.

I agree....looks very much like the Virginia creeper that covers my house walls :)

The photo makes it look as though the plant is still in a pot - not a good idea if you decide to keep it.
