I have a very well established cordyline, that flowers. Can you tell me what to do with the flowers and berries when thay have died? Do I cut them off or will they fall off?

One of the jobs I hate! Diving into the middle of a large plant with sharp edges is NOT fun!

Yes they will fall off but the long stalk that carries them will remain for years if not removed so simply cut this off in the heart of the plant.
