I thought my plant was dead but it has some lovely leaves on it, Question.... Will it flower again or is that all I can expect???????????

Once flowering has finished, cut back flower stalks, not the leaves, and put the Hippeastrum in a sheltered indirect sunny site outdoors for the summer. Reduce watering in late summer to almost nil. In mid autumn resume watering to activate the bulb. Watch out for scale pest and mealy bug.
and perhaps a weak feed occasionally throughout
