The fruit is small and the canes looklike they have been effected by a fungus of some sort thats what it looks like, the other rapsberry are fine.

Raspberry canes often suffer from various virus diseases which are spread by aphids. If you have canes which are affected cut them down immediately and burn them. If the canes have been in for some time, I would consider replacing your raspberry bed in another part of the garden with virus certificated stock and dispose of these once the new ones are fruiting properly in a couple of years.
