I had planted the bulbs 4 weeks ago. Nothing much seems to happen. Any tips?

Next question
Egyptian onions produce little bulbs at the top of the stalks, but this will take some time. They reproduce by the stems falling over and the bulblets rooting into the soil, or you can detach the bulbils and plant them to make more plants. I'd guess they only do this after several months of growth. We grow a type of Welsh onion which constantly produces new stems alongside the old ones so you can harvest them all year long.
