If you get the water type it will seed all around. Or do you know someone who has one? They are quite easily available in good aquatic centres.

I have got one in the garden at the moment which I am sure we bought from a nursery selling water garden plants quite some years ago.We just bought a small papyrus which looks slightly different to this but from the same group from Dorset Water lilies at Hampton Court but they don't do mail order. They had some fantastic plants.
I can try and take seeds ?
