Best time to move 'naked ladies'? These have popped up to surprise me, close to a fence. I would like to move them to nearer the front of a border. When is the best time to do this, please?

Thank you, Owdboggy. I had heard that the leaves came up later - I didn't realise how much later!

« lavender bush getting a bit out of hand. what is the best way to cut it back?
As soon as they have finished flowering and there is nothing to see. Mark the spot where they are,so you can find them. Don't be too alarmed at the state of the bulbs, they go to almost nothing as they flower and are re-built when the get their leaves in Spring. At this time of year too they have very few or even no roots to damage.
