thought so, it is also called 'old mans beard' due to its silky seed heads.
I rarely know the the latin names for wild lowers as i learnt my local plants as a young girl. I have checked and it is C vitalba.

it looks like its the british native, wild clematis or travellers joy.
it will develop lovely silky seed heads in the autumn.
