As big a root ball as you can and best done in autumn really, unless it stay wet and cool for next few weeks!
Planty of water if you do it now and a fair sized root ball as they will sulk.
They are also fibrous rooted near the surface of the soil so take care and get as much root out as you can.
They dont always recover form moving and will show signs of not being happen quite quick after move
