Plant ID please? Sorry the first photo is a bit blurry. It's growing in between a pyracantha and an escallonia.

I would say a prunus laurocerasus, {common laurel}, if you have previously grown these it may have grown from a piece that was left in the ground, if not it,s a present from the birds, Derek.
