can i prune a dwarf weeping willow now its very lop sided and quite thick iv had it around 8 years each year a take a bit off but needs a lot more than that

Better to do it in the spring, after the catkins have gone and the leaves have started, or wait till its dormant, November time - you sure you mean weeping willow and not KilmarnockWillow, just as a point of interest?
