Hi, can anyone recommend a good vigorous climber for deep shade - something attractive would be a bonus but its primarily to cover a fence

Chocolate vine 'akebia quinata' is a nice plant for shade as is clematis armandii which is evergreen. Hydrangea petiolaris is also a keeper

I assume the fence is about six feet tall? Variegated euonymus, which is evergreen, will grow practically anywhere and clings to walls and fences - 'Silver Queen' and 'Emerald Gaiety' are both good 'uns
