Ok Thanks everyone...

Just been to pick wild strawberry leaves off one of my many plants and I don't think these are the same. Same shape and layout but the strawberries are much move evenly serrated round the edges.....

This is Wood Anenome.

I could add Welsh Poppy to the list but I don't actually thing any of the suggestions above are correct - I don't know either!
It looks as if a local plant has self seeded into the pot. Maybe you could look around your garden, Motinot, (and over the fence) and see if you have anything with even vaugley similar leaves?

I thought at first ground elder but mine has more pointed leaves and Wood Anenome have thinner leaves I think Mookins maybe right - creeping buttercup. What ever it is I agree with 'yank it out' before it really takes hold.

I have removed all traces of it....job done....I cant find anything in my garden with leaves like this, except they're a bit like Aquilegia, which i do have.....I've never seen so many different answers to a question....someone is bound to be right.....lol...Thanks to everyone....:>)

I don't think that they're Aquilegia leaves but can see their similarity.
They look similar-ish to Astrantia leaves too but i don't think it's them either !!!
Not much am i ?
Anyone else ? !
