My daughter bought me 6 tree lillies last spring, they were magic. do I now dig them up and store them as the ground is very soggy?

No and then again, maybe yes. Under normal circumstances and planted in well drained soil, they could be left to do their own thing out in the soil. However if the soil is soggy, then there is a danger the bulbs might rot, then dig them up. They do better if planted in potting compost in a pot and kept moist until Spring, rather than allowing them to dry out completely.
