Can anyone tell me if it is possible to lift and separate Autumn Crocus now please? (late Nov) If not can you tell me when the best time to do it please...Thanks

Yes, it is possible but not advisable. They have just flowered but have not really died back. At the moment the bulbs are putting their roots down into the soil to replenish energy used by the flowers. Do as SBG suggests and divide after the leaves have died back when they really go dormant.
