Help Identifying 2nd tree in my garden

Can anyone help me identifying another tree?
It is about 5 meters high. The trunk is a greyish in colour.
We are having some building work done and as part of the regulations I need to identify all the trees within 6 meters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.

Thanks Bamboo, The foliage at the bottom is from another plant. The larger stem is from the tree I'm after. I will post some better pictures on my profile shortly. I will add another message here to let you know.
Thanks again.

I'm impressed Roseberry - its quite obvious from the later pics added that it's what you say, but I certainly didn't get that from the pics above!
If it is Eucalyptus, though, it should have peeling bark - does it?

Need better pics for this one - can't tell what's what in the big picture (is all the foliage we see one tree, or the tree you want identified with very little foliage in front of another tree?), and the smaller one doesn't show whether those leaves are leaflets or individual leaves. The bump where the leaf comes out of the stem is familiar, and the yellow colour of the leafstem - bit like lime, but that's not what it is, the leaf shape's wrong.
