Why hasn't my Cornus Kousa Chinesis flowered

The plant is about 4 years old, 2m high and appears healthy. It is in a sunny exposed position that has very good drainage.

Mine took a few years to start flowering. Don't prune it at all!! Just trim off any dead branchlets that occur. Try feeding with tomato food or another high potash feed next spring.
