Why won't my nerium oleander flower.?

It was a large potted plant with a few flowers when I bought it in early summer but has not flowered since despite getting what look like flower buds.

This seems to need a lot of good strong sunlight to flower properly. The change of situation (from nursery to your place) may have set it back a little.Keep it frost free over winter and then in as much light as possible.

Should be keptwell watered and fed with liquid tomato feed from late spring until latesummer; also remove faded flowers. Minimum temperature should be 50oF as these are tender shrubs.
