when would be the best time to move agiant coryline

i have a cordyline that is blocking the letterbox the post man is complaining i need to move it but when is the best time????

No, you're right Mookins but Rocket... if its very large, make sure you dig up a large rootball around the plant and try to keep the long spreading roots, if there are any, intact as far as possible. When you replant, dig a hole deep enough and wide enough to accommodate the roots WITHOUT bending them round to get them in the hole. Water thoroughly once you've moved it (before if your ground is dry too).
