Hi could you add a photo of your Red Robin or alternatively try and describe the reason you think it might be dying for example has it lost it's leaves? are the leaves turning black? is the bush wilting? etc.

It's a fatal fungus disease. Dig it up and burn it. Sterilise the ground with either Jeyes Fluid or Armillatox. Do not plant in that area until the spring.
