I have planted my garden (Southern Hemisphere) and I have something digging up my plants eg Zucchini, Marigolds and half a row of carrots. The plants are not eaten but deep scratchings are left. It happens at night. Cats would cover there scratchings surely. We live in a built up area in a city.
