Are the berries of Solanum jasminoides poisonous, and if so, to what extent and what should one do if not near poison control or medical center?

I have had Solanum Jasminoides for 10 years and it does have dark berries that are poisonous (but so are a lot of berries) I've never had a problem

It's not a good idea to eat berries unless you are sure that they are edible. And don't be fooled by the birds! They can eat things that are poisonous to humans!

Previous question
mildly toxic in small quantities, i.e stomach upset, they taste so foul (apparently!) you would spit them out if you 'accidentally' put one in your mouth. I have this plant with lots of flowers (still some now) although technically its called solanum laxum 'album', but no berries ever.
