Hi I have 2 cordyline "RedSensation" plants in pots at the front of my house and they have yellow spots all over the lower leaves. can you please tell me if it is a disease or lack of water? thanks

Sounds like leaf spot - a fungal disease. Have had this in one of my red sensations before. You'll have to remove all the affected leaves and spray the other new leaves with a copper fungicide. Yates have a good one called 'Fungus Fighter' and you can get at any Mitre 10, Bunnings or similar hardware store.
