I am supporting a Women's group in Mbinga Southern Tanzania and have been asked for flower seeds.Weather has two seasons -long rains, short rains but being hilly it is a cooler area (20-30o) Can you advise please?

How about petunia,s, Impatiens, Mesembryanthemums (spelling?) Lots of similar ones too.
I think it is legal Jacque, as I regularly get some from a friend in Japan, and they are declared.
