Presumably you have it indoors, as a houseplant at this time of year. Unfortunately, these plants require high humidity levels and bright light - central heating or hot, dry rooms will cause the leaves to dry out. Keep it away from radiators and the like, mist frequently. you could also try standing it in a large container full of pebbles with water in - you don't want the pot sitting in water, so the pebbles are there to keep it raised out of the water, and the tray should be much larger than the pot to provide a more humid micro environment. Also, clustering it with other houseplants will help to increase humidity levels.
