i have 2 leucadendron safara sunsets next to each other at at southern coastal location. They are about 3 years old and 2 metres high. One is doing great and the other has suddenly started to droop in the new growth area. It has been dry ans the soil is sandy. Other Leucas in the garden are doing fine, it is just this one. Over the 3 years I have only pruned them and that is all. Does anyone know the solution if I have a problem here, Thanks

Hi, could anything have got at the roots and damaged its water uptake? Is it in a slight wind trap/tunnel compared to the others? Check for any sap sucking pests on the wilting leaves too. Is the soil shallower where this plant is compared to the others?

Hope this gives you something to go on.
