ive got a ulmus parvifolia bonsia tree for indoors should i keep it in the light all day ?

Chinese Elm can be aclimatised to outdoors by leaving it outdoors NEXT winter.
Mine has been outside for three years now.
Prune large branches during early spring and prune fine twigs contiually through the growing season to maintain the trees shape (saw your earlier question on pruning ulmus).
I can't add anything to Poaannuas' comment above.

Yes. Keep in full light ,especially through these winter months, Keep it frost free but as cool as possible whilst there are short days or the leaves will get thin and the distance between the leaves will be stretched so spoiling the appearance. Do not feed until late February. Keep moist but not waterlogged. Sometimes when it is moved from one place to another it tends to drop leaves, changfes of temperature or draughts can cause this, but the tree usually adjusts to anty permanent position.
