Assuming that you have kept the compost moist then the problem is likely to be lack of light. They like a light situation but not direct sunlight. At this time of year at our latitude I would take this to mean give them as much natural light as possible! I would put it on the windowsill during daylight hours but move it away from the glass when it gets dark to ensure that it doesn't get chilled.
