Any idea on the best care... especially feeding?
When do they usually flower.... everything is covered with snow again and really hoping for spring :(

The rhododendron looks healthy, Detta, so it is planted in a suitable place. We have lots in our garden and never feed any of them.
The flowers are susceptible to frost and out first one was going to flower at the beginning of this month - lots of nice fat flower buds but the frost killed them off; oh well, it happens. They flower from early March until early June, depending on the variety. Yours has flower buds at the top of each stem, in the middle of the leaf rosette. Snow will not hurt them but when the snow goes away and the buds fatten up you might want to throw a fleece over the shrub on nights when frost is forcast. Your buds are still very small in the picture so it may not flower until May.
