I don't grow this, but just typed jack frost floribunda rose into google, and there are loads of entries.
Apparently it's a white double flowered rose, with strong fragrance, sorry not much help, Derek.

thanks derek, i just received your comment, it was for a friend and i also trawled through the world wide web, it seems to be a rose that u cant buy in the uk, there is one website but its american, dont think they favour too well in our scottish climate x
