It is unusual isn't it Moti.......took this in November in a greenhouse at a local park...couldn't find the name though...tubular bells....he.he...:o)

look's like a phygelius of some kind. is it an evergreen shrub ? it also looks like african blue lily, cultivar back in black.

Thank you for all the response...and especially Fractal...Iochroma...would do well in the Mediterranean region.....I used to have I think it was Iochroma Rigarrtii...a very similar leaf of course and dark blue small open flowers......
