have you dug this up from the wild Bik?

Yes I did. In fact I was looking for tulips that there are thousands in the area and I found this plant. It will be difficult to go again there after few weeks because of dense growth of shrubs to see flowers. I ll try anyway because I think never refered eranthis in greece.

Illegal or not Ihave already worned from people of university of athens not to dig up everything I found in the wild. I usually take propagting material and when I found lots of plants of one kind , a couple of them. I have send tulips in Univercity of Athens and they recognized them as Tulipa rhodopaea.very well known species in Bulgaria. Very beautiful plant. you can see in my photos taken in the wild.
