Your profile says you are in Shropshire Snoopy - are there two of you? (a double blessing...)

Not sure if that's a blessing or a shame! Just realised it's Steveg who's in Yorkshire. I must take more water with it.

I've grown these but it must have been a rogue batch of seeds. They are sown in March (ha!) or April under cover and planted out in May for harvest in the autumn. They grew well but even the best ones opened up a bit and didn't give a dense head even on well-compacted soil. But the plants were really variable - from open cauliflowers through to something that resembled a pale-green broccoli. All very tasty though.
