I am in my 40s and have been into gardening for about 5 years although more so over the last year since I was made redundant from our local college where I taught IT I am now working at Tesco which I enjoy. This year I am trying veg for the first time. Our garden is mainly around the back and it is nearly all decking except for two flower beds that are going to be veggie patches. I also have a new greenhouse as well that I really enjoy. I also love most species of amaryllis such as crinum which over the last 2 years I have managed to collect a few flowering sized bulbs.
