I would say it was one of the many forms of Corydalis solida, but...................

Thanks Owdboggy. I got it on the members plant stall at the srgc show on Saturday. I also bought one marked as solida so I can compare the flowers later. There are lots of photos of solida on the web and I know they vary in colour. I was hoping someone might recognise the colours on this one.

Basically anywhere where Snowdrops or Bluebells thrive. It is a plant of deciduous woodlands.

I have the perfect place for it but it would have been lost in that situation if it was only 8" high like some of the others I have. Thanks again.

Give it a couple of weeks and there will be nothing to see. They die down pretty soon after flowering and setting seed,
