How do i get my arums lilies to flower, they spring up everywhere but have not bloomed for years .? i live in south african inland

If you mean Zantedeschia aethiopica, then this is a native of south africa, just see what the conditions are like where you see them flowering, and replicate them in your own garden, Derek.
