Can "spent" tomato compost be used for anything ie seedlings or potting up?

Answers

Hi Vegitate Its not advisable to use "spent" compost for new seedlings as it will have used all the nutrients that were already in the new compost.
However, I always used spent compost when filling my planters, but I mix it with new stuff. Ratio of about 1 "spent" - 3 new. Or I throw it in the compost bin.
Check for grubs and other wiggerly things though.
