I got into gardening about 5 years ago, when I realised how easy it was to grow simple plants from seed. My parents were tending the garden at their bowls club and my mum was always buying plants to grow there. To cut a long story short, I ended up joining the bowls club and entered the garden into the borough competition. We got 2nd place and a silver in the first year, gold and 1st in the second year, gold last year 2nd place. Sadly mum is no longer here, but the garden is looking better every year.
I have 2 greenhouses, and grow from seed and plugs.
