Potted Metrosideros

Dear all.

I simply don’t understand why after 2 or 3 months of strong growing, some of my biggest metrosideros start to have a lot of leafs drying and dying after turning Red our turning white, as you can see.

Can you help me?
I think the problem is not related to water, maybe the lack of some nutrient?

I thank you in advance for all the help

As you also may see (last photo) 2 months a ago and all the Metrosideros were growing ok.
