Just a few points to consider, were they brought with any protection of the roots, how long were they kept bare rooted before planting, were they kept in cold storage before purchase, if i buy hedging whips or bare rooted trees from cold storage then once planted they take a little time to break bud, the weather of cause can influence this, but if your unsure then do a bark scrape on the trunk and on one of the branches, if you see a green layer beneath the bark then i think everything will be just fine.
