Seeds are available and given how late everything is it might be worth trying them. Macplants and Binny are both listed in the RHS Plant finder as having them.

Thanks Scotsgran and Steve had to nip over this morning to Arbroath and came across them so bought them happy now going to plant them in with my trailing heucheras.
