What can be eating my Nepeta Six Hills Giant. Could it be a cat? Thank you

Works a treat! I thought I had lost mine until I noticed one of my cats spending too much time sitting where it was planted. It's now covered so he can't get to the Crown and damage it.

Could be. See if you can find one of those old wire hanging baskets and upend it over the plant. The nepeta grows through it and soon conceals it and anything feline eating the shoots can't do any real damage. Works for me.
