Most Oxalis plants do this.A wide group so may be a variety in amongst them.

Convulvulus cneorum and C.sabatius do too, so does Osteospermum. Lots more, I am sure!

Mesembryanthemum, or LivingStone Daisies. Beautiful little stars. You can even watch them close up when you shade the sun with your hand.
