My Azalea hasnt flowered yet....it is usually in flower by now...its big and about 5 years old but I dont know whats wrong with it..

It is probably due to the weather, most things are very late this year. Remember when it normally flowers and add four weeks to that; if it hasn't flowered by then that is the time to start worrying.

Have you been keeping them watered? April has been fairly dry and this is the growing season.

Any flower buds set? If not, then it won't this year. Could well be that it didn't make proper growth last year. In a tub or in the ground?

Some varieties are later than others. I have two in flower and one not (yet)

As an extra thought, some of our early rhodos had their buds frosted in March and they never flowered at all. I think that you guys may have had hard frosts during the last month?
