Can anyone identify this plant or weed.. it's growing in my garden.. it's quite strong.. leaves are firm, slightly rubbery.. am tempted to pull it out the ground..

Yikes, Sbg! I wouldn't use the seeds of Caper Spurge in salads--the sap is very caustic! True, edible capers come from a very different plant.

And it is a seed weed of the first order. Let it flower and you will have them growing everywhere.

Gosh you are so right Tug. That's the danger with common names. You are correct all parts of the Euphorbia are toxic.
If you do decide to pull it out wear gloves. the milky white sap is caustic and when exposed to sunlight it can cause nasty chemical burns.

its a type of euphorbia and you can use the seeds in salads etc. I just cant bring the name to the fore front of my brain. not a weed if you want it.
