Anyone any idea what this. It seems like a ground cover plant. I rescued it from around the base of an Azalea on my rockery last year.

Hmm....One of the Woodruff clan (Galium species)?

Yip, Woodruff of sorts. I always knew it as Sweet woodruff.

I know it as Sweet Woodruff too, it will grow almost anywhere, I have it growing under a large sweet chestnut tree where nothing else will grow. It can spread very quickly and become invasive.

Thanks very much everyone.

I checked it all out on the Web and yeah, it is called Sweet Woodruff whose botanical name is 'Galium odoratum'.

'Jaykaty' - you're right about it being invasive 'cos that's why I've got it in a pot

How do I say thanks?
