If I cut my arium right back in the depths of winter, will it grow again the following season?

On plant Zantedeschia aethiopica

You wouldn't normally prune these back at all - you might split over large clumps in March/April, and take off any dead topgrowth, but pruning or cutting back isn't usually done. And certainly not in the middle of winter.
