Hi, I have a beautiful Acer in my back garden..however, the past couple of weeks pigeons have been stripping off the leaves...looking quite sad now ?many thanks

Vincentdunne, many thanks for your reply and advice, we have a lot of very high conifers quite near..think they might be nesting in them. we have hung some old CD's on some of the branches to see if that will keep them away.will certainly try the net..again, many thanks

I have never heard of pigeons taking Acer foliage. I would cover it with fine mesh to give it a chance to recover.
