they self seed freely and they germinate in the spring after being chilled over winter. they wont have been prechilled by the seed company. I don't know if they will germinate but if there is no sign of germination after 2 weeks pop the pot into the fridge for a week.

How do you make antifreeze?
Put her in the fridge next to your seeds. (BUM BUM)

The process of putting seeds into the fridge or other cold place is called stratification and is the process of pretreating seeds to simulate natural winter conditions that a seed must endure before germination.

Previous question
I was sent some campanula seeds by another member and planted them straight away. They all germinated.
Aquilegias self seed all over the place and I'd be surprised if they need chilling - why not do half and half to be on the safe side? There will be more than a medium sized garden can cope with in one packet!
