This is a photo of my Roan tree, taken about 3 wks ago.
Sorry, it's.not ( some fool deleted it ( me !). These are the sad replacements that match the rest of the hedge.
As you can see, the.job is unfinished.

It was my question just before this one, entitled "Replacing a roan tree".
It just died suddenly after being superb for 35 years but no idea why.

This appears to be a photo of something other than your dead Rowan tree, lol. Doesn't matter anyway, those conifers you've put in will be fine even if the Rowan had fireblight, so its irrelevant,
